I was lured in with a seemingly great team that was quickly stripped from us and immediate contract issues that seemed to jeopardize our futures. When asked if there is anything we can do better the only feedback we get is "make yourself useful".
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
any input in yearly pay raises. I am paid significantly less than my last job because I believed in this company and team cared about me, but that has not been the case.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Radiance has events and free things they give employees that work in the building, but not to people that are earning them contract wins by working in the classified sections. We are held back from doing team building activities and building relationships with the client because we have to take PTO
