Both are positive. Our company and leadership team in the INSCOM office have ensure fairness across the board. I appreciate that!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love my office workmates, my government leadership, and especially my Radiance leadership here on the INSCOM team. I really want to give them a shout out for a job well done!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I definitely like my manager, Dr. Rey Newton. He's taken the time to be patient with me and is always willing to sit down for a talk or mentorship session. I consider it a perk of the job.
