My time at Radiance even though its been brief has been very enjoyable. Leaving government I wasn't sure what to expect in the day to day, but the role I have has been extremely rewarding.

My time at Radiance has been tremendous and I have learned a great deal.

Moving the needle on long term projects.

The Employee Ownership stock options.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ESOP mentality because everyone is bought into what we are doing.

The comradery that we share in the pursuit to accomplish something bigger than ourselves.

We have a great team that works well together and has fun doing it.

The buy in that we have from the fellow employee owners has been extremely contagious.

The ability to use my network and leverage to see results on the goals we have set before us.

The opportunity to have an opinion on strategy and the strategic plan that I am involved with in my area.

The clear and concise goals that are laid out and the opportunity to use my talents to help be apart of the execution.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I work a lot of hours in my role that don't necessarily fall in the normal 9-5 hour range. I appreciate the comp time I get for working long days.
