There have been ups and downs with leadership here. There always seems to be management turn over in HSV. Our CEO's transparency when something happens does help though. Overall, I have had a great experience working here.

I love our health insurance. I wish it were a bit more affordable but I understand why it costs as much as it does.

We are all very friendly at Dayton. I think everyone feels comfortable approaching others and just chatting about whatever they have on their mind.

There is a ton of confidence in our leaderships voice and demeanor when talking about the future. I don't feel like they are being sneaky.
