The culture and benefits are some of the best I've seen anywhere. However, the pay is too low. Although upper management is very competent, I worry that they are still trying to cling to small business practices that will hurt the company during our transition to a larger business.

Radiance has a fantastic work culture and some of the best benefits I've ever seen at a company. However, non-engineer roles are not paid enough and are sometimes undervalued.

Most everyone at the company is genuinely pleasant to work with.

Getting paid. Second most would be being commended for a job well done.

Almost everyone I meet at the company is friendly and usually in a good mood.

I'm paid lower than the Huntsville average than someone with the same amount of experience in my position elsewhere.

My team is always willing to help each other out. I've never had a negative interaction with any of them.

My team is fantastic. Everyone is friendly and understanding, and we seem to get along both a coworkers and as individuals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Upper management doesn't seem to value non-engineers at this company. An increased salary would make me feel better. Everything else at the company is nearly perfect.
