What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
no micro managing, no one questioning everything you do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have not had much a of a chance to meet them yet.
What makes you most happy at work?
free food, getting paid. going home at normal time and not having to work over 40 hours normally
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
we have great benefits except for expecting parents no leave for new parents in this day of age is crazy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have only been here for a year so have not seem how raises will go so will know better after seeing how they handle it.
