Radiance Technologies has been a tremendous step up in terms of my experience as a government contractor. The organization and professionalism of the staff has been a welcome progression in my career.

Our local Radiance office has done an excellent job in recruiting not only knowledgeable, but personable and open-minded colleagues.

I am evaluated annually and have generally received raises to better compensate me for the value I bring to our clients.

I most admire the openness and collaboration of the team. This inspires a certain fearlessness in attacking issues as they arise. Someone always has your back.

We are always ready to assist one another with any project or challenge. This is a credit to the selection process for new team members and the collaborative work environment.

I am most happy at work when I arrive at a creative solution to a client's intractable problem. It's also gratifying when our Radiance team is readily viewed as a vital part of the client's team.
