What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone here is super chill, not overly uptight. As a gen-z I love the culture that radiance was able to procure.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation is very good. I am only and intern and I make comparable pay to full time employees at other jobs
What makes you most happy at work?
Having meaningful tasks to do is great. Reminds me why I went to school and put the skills I've learned to use
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my coworkers! they are very sweet in the office and also love to hang out with them outside of work too
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am only an intern with far less experience, but they are always available and willing to answer questions and make it feel like a safe and productive learning environment
