Move from a service based contract to performance based contract and get better folks that understand how to manage and resolve problems versus just do what I am told
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
This is not a good question. This question assumes I work at one of the HQ locations. Once again, Radiance is not considering the holistic work force for Radiance.
