I love the employee ownership model and our benefits can't be beat. I do occassionally feel undervalued and I would definitley like to see more succession planning and career development.

I do feel undervalued at times and I do wish we had a more formal career development plan, but I love this company and the people I work with and believe in the mission.

Everyone is always willing to step in, even before being asked.

They make themselves available and make you feel like your feedback is valuable.

Feeling like I'm truly making a difference in the overall experience with Radiance.

We can be casual and still have fun, but also provide the most professional experience for our customers and partners.

The engagement with my coworkers and my job. I truly believe that I'm playing a part in bettering the employee experience.

They make themselves available and they create a culture that you don't feel intimidated going to them when you have a question or concern.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is seems really genuine and I can always count on them for anything I need. When one of us is sick or on leave, it's not even a question on whether someone will step in and assist.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel like I'm adequately compensated for my clearance level, years of experience in this industry, and my level of education. I think all things should be taken into account when establishing my value to the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've compared what my position makes in other industries and with other companies and I make less than I could somewhere else. I feel like I was hired in "cheap" so the little raise I get seems significant but isn't when considering my education level, clearance level and experience.
