What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take employee feedback seriously, and make adjustments to plans to fit the employees needs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our insurance is amazing. It is much better than other companies in our area. The EPS program and other specialty benefits have made seeking care very easy.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My only complaint is how in non corporate environments employees are less professional. Often politics are brought up and a subset of other coworkers are silenced from fear of judgment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be more willing to share knowledge and workload. This is a problem across multiple contracts I have worked on. They think job security is tied to being the only one who knows how to do something.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
One of the biggest benefits of working at Radiance for me is how the benefits teams is always working with us! Exact needs will always change, but having a team that constantly seeks out what the employees want is amazing.
