Most everything has been positive. Sometimes I don't always agree with the decisions upper management makes but when I step back I can at least understand why they made the decisions they did.

The retirement with the 401k and ESOP contributions.

Focused on the growth of the company and as employee owners we all benefit from that.

They have the company growing in a positive direction and have continued to improve the Radiance benefit packages while other companies seem to be cutting benefits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All of the people work hard but no one seems too stressed out. Everyone seems to enjoy coming to work every day and that is infectious.
