I moved out of a state I grew up in to be a part of a company that I had mostly only heard of, but didn't really know. I am pleased with my decision.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I was hired straight out of college and given opportunities to lead quickly (after showing promise to my manager). The company treats people well although non-Huntsville/Dayton sites get overlooked a little bit at times.

The ESPO and 401k profit sharing are great.

When our team accomplishes something that is difficult.

When I successfully solve a problem I am the most happy at work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
You would be hard-pressed to find better benefits at a company. There's flexible vacation time, great insurance, 401k contributions, assistance for continuing education, and other nice perks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As an employee owned company, I feel like my concerns are heard. I have a voice in benefit changes from year-to-year which is empowering. My boss is also easily accessible.
