We work well together and our department management helps when needed/asked.

Knowing that the company is will be around for a long time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All employees/work is important no matter the title. If an employee takes on another employees tasks (because they cannot get their job done) then the employee taking on the additional tasks should be compensated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The attitude. We have long term employees that have stayed with the company for a reason. The culture, friendships, flexibility, and the way that the company comes together as a whole to help each other, personally and professionally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Radiance is not a strict company. We have events through out the year that includes all employees. We did not let the pandemic stop the company. Radiance found a work around by letting employees work from home so we did not have to choose between our health, family, and work.
