The enthusiasm that each Radiance employee has for being a Radiance employee.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy hearing from the CEO Bill Bailey, he is a no politics, no nonsense kind of guy and I can appreciate that. I have had nothing but good experiences with the HR staff, IT department and the financial/accounting department. I also have the utmost respect for my supervisor Daniel Anderson.
