I have worked several places and at Radiance 2 times. This is by far the best place i have ever worked with no competition.

I love Radiance. I have been here twice and it has been excellent both times. It is a true meritocracy and because of that it attracts competitive people. In my team, it isn't the best place for someone who just wants a job.

They are trasnparent about the objectives of the company (making money) and make calculated decisions to achieve that.

Our team is very strong. We act like family and can disagree strongly and still come together

The freedom to attack problems in a way that I choose. The results is the goal not my approach.

Our Team does outside of work functions at least monthly. We truly care about each other and personally sacrifice for others.
