Everyone is committed to the goal and the customer. Everyone helps each other where we can. It is truly a team effort.

When I have a good software development task to work on, music in my ears, and a cup of coffee by my side. Heaven.

I appreciate how the culture is extremely customer focused and how management does not create obstacles for employees that do not add real value to the customer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team always offers to help one another when encountering blockers and often offers advice and solutions gathered from years of experience. I am always learning from them.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy software development so that is #1. In addition to this, the office amenities such as daily coffee and occasional popcorn make coming into the office to do those tasks enjoyable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Radiance understands the importance of the rank and file developer in the success of the company. I feel valued in the position I am in and do not feel pressured to advance in the ranks to find happiness, fulfillment, and adequate compensation.
