Good, but growth is lowering my perception. More paperwork, more IT issues, more formality, unstable security personnel (5 FSOs at a few years?).

Techical challenges mixed with management tasks. Just management is not as fullfilling.

The company has an optimistic attitude. They are actively looking for the next opportunity and a lot of time is not wasted on might have been opportunities. The company support system is lean and responsive (IT, HR, etc.).
