Overall my experience with Radiance has been positive. It is a company I enjoy working for and telling people that I work for.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall I like working for Radiance but my engagement with the company is limited because I sit onsite with the customer. I find it interesting that every promotion is a man. It feels like WE LEAD was implemented to pacify the women in the company. Might not be true but that is how it feels.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like my customer and the people I support.

We all strive to give the best support to our customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are accessible and I feel there is a open door policy if I have concerns or issues.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company promotes an atmosphere of genuine concern for its employees. I've had several positive experiences from top down about my well being and promoting causes I care about.

What makes me happy at work is that I'm using my experience to support the customer in a positive way, as well as, finding learning opportunities to expand my knowledge.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best things about my team is a willingness to help other who are new and to check on other when they haven't heard from them in a while.
