I feel like there are just so many good people here. Everyone I meet is genuine and likeable.

My team members are not just professionals, they are also good people who have been very helpful with my transition into Radiance.

My lower level leadership team is fantastic. Working in a customer location, I don't have a lot of insight into the executive leadership.

The best part is the ability to address them with fellow employee/owners, such as the recent decision to increase paid time off days.
