
Interacting with employees. There is little flow down and interaction, and little effort to get people involved with the leadership as well.
Team is fine, everyone is remote so no 'team culture'. Not an issue, but company doesn't encourage any interaction between local employees either.
After expressing interest in growing career, exploring additional roles, and developing in leadership areas, essentially got ghosted by manager. RTX claims to have great leadership and development programs, but these are just to attract outside talent, and aren't actually available.
After picking up significant responsibility (above pay grade), managing people (above pay grade), receiving recognition awards, and glowing reviews from coworkers/project managers, I have only received a 0.9% market adjustment to my salary. Other companies have offered double for similar roles.
