Management in texas office threatens and strong arms employees. Also they charged my family for two years for insurance turns out they canceled insurance but continued taking our money per paycheck

Management not threatening employees and the company not stealing from employees

Not threatening and stealing employees money because they were proven wrong in front of others.

They are treated horribly and see the employees being ran into the ground with exhaustion and the toxicity
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If they would pay back what was owed for 2 years of insurance they canceled but continued taking payment from checks
