What are some of the best things about your team?

The university graduates and some team leaders are really nice.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Remove intimidation tactics and develop people reduce Extreme Employee turnover

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Zero real salary progression always a Pay rise that is less than inflation.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Questions were good but very generic like they were just copied and pasted from google.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The company will always get money as it is a government contractor however they are loosing contracts due to poor management.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Manage and develop employees rather then work on ways to skirt laws and provide sub par results to the federal government. Two people can be doing the exact same job and have a 50k salary difference. Always ask for a high salary they do NOT renegotiate when you are employed they will always say no.
