Lots of big egos but lacking integrity. Retaliation is common place for offenses such as voicing an opinion that differs from upper management. Opportunities are based on popularity, not skills. Overall a very disappointing experience that I hope to be able to resign from in the near future.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Learn the legal aspects of your job. Stop holding your teams to a higher standard than you hold yourself and stop trying to justify your unethical practices. It will catch up with you.
