Pre-covid times, great networking opportunity, given the opportunity to interview for numerous roles
Leadership needs to improve communication, offer better support for new employees, do more to help employees get ahead.
New leadership that values employees, equipment that works, updated, clean environment instead of chatting with coworkers about another flood in the building.
Coworkers are great but employees are not given the necessary tools to be successful, everything is outdated and never seems to work, very frustrating environment.
Since the merger, everything has changed and company moral has declined. Annual raises and bonus decreased when inflation is all time high, insurance deductibles increased, company seems to be going backwards when everyone is quitting.
