The company is very large and slow at times. There is a lot of bureaucracy that prevents efficiency. A lot of really smart and talented engineers, but the management is very disconnected.

Very friendly, value knowledge sharing and helping one another grow.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that i was not put on the spot for a technical question. They focus on behavioral.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Compensation needs to get better and they need to promote their new engineers and help develop them in their respective fields.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The education assistance program provides $25,000 annually toward any corporate relevant major. Does not have to be relevant to your current role.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and compensation for their employees. They would rather pay a new person more to come work for the company over growing their existing workforce and keeping their salary competitive.
