It was great when we were E-Systems, after RTN bought us the leadership proved to be terrible- stock went from $60+/share to $19 -does that tell you anything? Look at LM, NG and Boeing Stock value compared to RTX- The one time it did do well- JUST BEFORE we merged w/UTC is was $220+/share
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
competitive pay with local defense competitors- RTX will not match nor will they get into a bidding war for talent. They will just take the next lower salary person - assuming they leave in a few years anyway...
