Learning new technologies. Help in the creation design process.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If graded fairly and positively I would at a minimum make the inflation rate for that period.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of people that are close to retirement and have told me they just don't care.
