What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview managers were very nice and informative.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees try to be flexible in order to complete assignments.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We miss a lot of deadlines do to artificial roadblocks.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of my team mates are serious, professional people that are focused on the mission. It is a shame that they also feel undervalued.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate supervisor is a good guy, but I do not like the rest of my leadership team. They really do not care about employee concerns at all.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises are less than 3% when inflation is 9%. I have been asking for three years for a roadmap to promotion with no response. PTO balance is the lowest in the known universe.
