Morale is extremely low. Employees are not happy.

Communication. They never tell us the real reasons behind decisions.

Communicate better. Emails are too long or hard to understand.

They refuse to accommodate new and younger employees. They are a “good old boys” company and refuse to grow.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Most people are underpaid for the amount of work we are expected to put in. We do not get paid any overtime.
