
There's some incredible talent here on HEL working under some very toxic management.
Transparency on HEL would be great. What's the plan for the year? Are we expected to relocate? Or are we being replaced?
Is HEL important to this company? Is the staff that develops HEL important to the company? There's a large gap between nice words and treatment.
One manager dumps a team and product responsibility on another manager, who appears to also not want it. Employees get poor performance ratings as a result due to lack of project knowledge and Raytheon's "grading on a curve" approach to PRs. This does not make HEL staff feel valued.
