Management and the campus in Aurora seem to not take IT&V as an important role anymore. It seems that Test Engineering is also a dying breed but that is shown in the lack of quality systems being delivered.
Raytheon is solely focused on pleasing their stockholders instead of their employees. There seems to be more concern for how much the company can profit, which I won't see a dime from that profit. It goes straight to VPs and shareholders pockets.
