
I enjoy doing the work that I do and I feel I am pretty good at doing it. I also enjoy the interactions I get to have with my co-workers.
We get along great. They are colleagues who like out for one another and also are always willing to lend a hand and help out if you need help on a project at work.
As long as you get your work done, it is a laid back environment. Everyone respects everyone's position and background about whatever it may be. The only time it really becomes a problem is if the talking becomes to loud and disturbs others.
They are pretty good at sitting down and listening to their employees who are under them about our suggestions and requests, which is great. But more times than not, the bulk of our suggestions and requests rarely come to fruition which can lead to less than stellar morale.
