Our openness to idea brainstorming, trading knowledge and the personal relationships we build as a tight knit team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team I work with is very solution oriented and experienced so if there is an issue that is found, our team can usually provide a solution fairly quickly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because of the slack I pick up when my bosses are not able to keep up with changes is not recognized and the path for compensation growth is narrow and rigid based on very general requirements that do not consider impact made to the company.
