The people and the compensation are very good. I think the work is a bit boring at times but there are definitely more positives than negatives.

Feeling like I am helping the company to run better and cheaper.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is really no one thing but the people are for the most part just good and nice people
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I started working while I was still in school as an Intern and the compensation for someone without a degree was exceptional.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer was very personable. They did not ask me any real trick questions I was prepared for the interview and never taken off guard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager has very realistic expectations while also pushing for employees to be better. He has a strong respect for employees time as well as time off.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all willing to work together on complex issues. If one person does not know how to do something someone else does and they are willing to help.
