The management is awful and overlooks their people being overworked.

Overworked and underpaid. I wish I only worked 40 hour weeks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You get every other Friday off but you need it to prevent from quitting
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
You need to stop letting people do poorly at their job and keeping them around. Sometimes they need to be fired.
