Not the relocation service. They are not that helpful.

Nothing right now due to lack of belonging there.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communicate. Answer emails and texts. Come to work. Give us offices and phones.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop ignoring everyone and thinking people are working from home full time. They are not.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should actually care about the well being of new employees and offer some kind of onboarding support. And give me a desk and phone. And some training on how to do my Job rather than just some advertisements about how great Raytheon is would be beneficial.
