It has been good. They do show they care about their employees. My direct management has always provided an excellent support system and had my back.

Met with multiple people in one day. They all were very welcoming and asked relevant questions
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they try to be as transparent as possible. Especially these days with the civil unrest and covid. They have been good at communicating where they stand.
