What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better leasership. Im not saying my management needs to be fired, but they definitely need more management training.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Poor management and a very negative work environment. Managers rule with an iron fist and will send people home/ fire anyone who might say "hey i think this is a bad idea".
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my coworkers. My coworkers and i have great conversations every day. Just the management is so bad it makes me dread work every single day. Some days i make bets with my girlfriend whether ill get verbally abused by a manager or not.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
General manager and other assistant managers need more management training. Most of them are terrible at managing the team, and get the team in tricky situations, then blame and yell at the crew for not doing a good enough job when we are already doing the best we can.
