Our store managers cannot do their jobs because the company is insanely greedy and don't want to pay employees.

My hiring manager was very professional and responsive. Unfortunately that was a long time ago when the company was note worthy .
What are some of the best things about your team?
The only redeeming quality this company has is its loyal dedicated staff. Unfortunately many including myself are leaving do to the frozen microwaved food and corporate greed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All tipped employees are now expected to pay no tipped employees wages. They are trying to have as few hourly employees as possible because the company is bleeding money.
