I have never in my 20 years of serving tables experienced a more unproffesional manager in my life, its sad when you dread going to work

The manager makes it obvious her dislike for me so my coworkers treat me differntly because of her
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager is unproffesional and takes me off the floor FIRST ALWAYS. She is behind the bar on a saturday night because were so busy and she cut me at 730 im being treated unfairly and its becoming out of hand!!
