At first it seem like great place to work. It quickly became a nightmare.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team. We keep each other motivated.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Just make the person you hired really know to do the job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They know to run the kitchen so we don't get back up on orders.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sometime it can't be dysfunctional, Managers no where to be found and high demand population.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along, move as unit of we needed too. All strong stand up people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes I feel under compensated we majority of the money, but have to turn of most the profit. Then tip shares and the check doesn't help.
