I enjoy the service industry. I enjoy my guest and the team mates. @ of the 4 managers are fantastic. However 2 highest managers are vengeful, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.

Service team works great together. Two of the managers are toxic
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All bartenders should be paid more that the servers. They have way more responsibilities and are treated terribly
