Terrible, petrifying and a worry everyday if I will he fired or sent home for no reason.

Everything As far as not following red lobster family friendly standard.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We are not allowed to have meetings I have worked there for a year haven't received one.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not running there restaurant like a plantation having single mothers that work hard under duress and having to deal with discrimination. I keep a smile on my face to keep from being in fear of wondering when I'm gone get sent home or fored for no reason.
