To be honest, I love working at Red Lobster, I feel like I'm home with family when I am at work.

I don't feel undervalued, jus was not aware of any bennifits available.

I love being apart of something I believe in, with like minded people.

The fact that no one will let the next person fail, we gain success, but seeking success for others.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That I was able to meet with two different managers, it took the edge of from being nervous during the first interview.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have developed a oneness that allows us to quickly, assembly picture perfect , hot, and mouth watering meals in a high volume, high energy setting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they actually care about the well being of employee individually, and readiness to go win win when it's a difficult situation. That really makes it less stressful to come to them with problems.
