What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The sense of community amongst the servers.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Lower middle management cares, but is powerless in the corporate structure. My co-workers are great.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The inherent devaluation of the American restaurant worker. Receiving paid sick and vacation pay accrual for the hours that we work.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Red Lobster has 2.6 Billion in revenue and despite emails sent to rewards members there were NO trainings set in place to employees in the beginning of the pandemic warnings and it's many servers are getting NO help, but placed on unpaid furlough and locked out of company websites.
