Management cannot handle their emotions and are taking it out of workers, daily. Menu items are constantly changing and with our restaurant being so small, our guests are frequent, and they are not happy.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I walked in and because I was already known, I had the job. I was asked no questions about the job or my qualifications. I did no training and was put on the floor.
