The camaraderie is something to behold.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The Assistant Manager took her time and allowed me to speak without interruption.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone behaves like adults to each other. Until everyone is in the weeds, of course.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Assistant Managers are all pleasant to work with. As is the GM, although the pace is much slower during day shift, when we usually work with the GM.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If pay was equitable across the board, with exception to the servers and long term employees that have earned a higher pay grade. Ie why are hostesses paid more than bartenders? I feel that wages should be adjusted with consideration to Covid and the new norm.
