It was straight forward and quick.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers and managers and occasionally a couple tables are the only thing that make it positive. The way the company is run is questionable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The managers at the Gresham location support their employees, respect their lives outside of work, hold empathy for their employees external circumstances, and overall exhibit great leadership skills while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team have been working closely for multiple years and have developed friendships and relationships outside of the work place. Most of the individuals will quickly fill in when needed and work schedules around to accommodate each other. We haven’t had conflict between coworkers a couple years n
