What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to change. Managers should not be allowed to scream and get in your face and threaten you making you feel unsafe at work and feel that you would have to fight to protect yourself
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel my hours are being tampered with my paychecks do not match the hours that I work. I am being taken advantage of working 12 to 13 straight hours with no break and I am told I will not have a break but other employees are able to have one
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am being taken advantage of I am sick and tired of working 12 to 13 hours straight without any breaks while other employees are able to get brakes an hour or two after their shift begins. Managers should not be in my face yelling and screaming at me making me feel like I have to protect muself
